Please note that all deliveries must be to a physical address (No PO Boxes) and signed for on receipt.

These delivery times exclude up to 2weeks for producing and dispatching your order. Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, everything is exclusively made to order, but if it can leave sooner you will be notified by email when its on its way with the tracking information.

We have now partnered with AUSPOST for most customer orders, we also work with Sendle, Australia's first 100% carbon-neutral delivery service, where they calculate the maximum potential carbon emissions generated as a result of shipping from iole lingerie and then invest in projects that reduce carbon emissions by the same amount.

For our inbound logistics of materials and trims like lace from France, recycled swim fabric from Italy and our custom trims from China, we continue to work with DHL wherever possible and now support the DHL GoGreen initiative which along with being carbon offset has several other initiatives and targets they are working towards.

Our Courier Satchels are LDPE & Recycled LDPE which can be recycled with soft plastics, check with your local providers. Our cartons are made with a mix of Recycled & FSC accredited materials and certified Global Recycling Standard GRS. These are suitable for curbside recycling.
